Pumpkin Overload!
October kicks off the holiday season and with it follows many gatherings. Below is a great side dish to serve to both kids and adults and is sure to curb your crowds' hunger! Pair this dip with sliced apples or graham crackers and serve in a hollowed out mini pumpkin for an exceptional presentation!
Grocery List (Prep Time: 15 minutes)
15 ounces of pumpkin puree
¾ cup of brown sugar, unpacked
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, or more to taste
6 ounces of no fat greek yogurt
8 ounces of TruWhip
Instructions
Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice thoroughly.
Once evenly mixed, add in the greek yogurt.
Lastly, add in the truwhip and mix completely.
Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
