Going Banza for Chickpeas!

The Banza brand Chickpea Pasta is one of the best grocery finds! It tastes just like any other pasta and is packed with protein. It’s a great alternative if you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or just looking to switch up your pasta recipes. Chickpeas are an added bonus for their great source of iron and ability to keep blood sugar stabilized!
Grocery List:
3 ounces of Banza Chickpea Penne
0.5 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Clove of Garlic, chopped
2 Handfuls of chopped basil, parsley and tarragon leaves
2 tablespoons of vegetable bouillon
Salt and Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
Boil the pasta until al dente. Should take approximately 7-9 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, put the olive oil, garlic, herbs, bouillon, and seasoning into a food processor and blend until it’s a smooth sauce.
Drain the pasta, pour over the sauce, and enjoy!
