Ingredients:
Whole eggs (separated)
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra add-ons
Bacon crumbles
Shredded spinach
Shredded cheese of choice
Chives
Diced tomatoes
Diced ham
Diced peppers
NOTE: to separate the yolk from the whites - crack the egg and gently toss the yolk from shell to shell, allowing the whites to fall into a bowl. Keep the yolk in one shell and set it aside. You can also crack the egg into a bowl and use a water bottle to suction the yolk out. From there you can set the yolk aside.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Separate egg whites and yolks
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Fold in any extra add-ons
Dollop mounds of the egg white mixture to a baking sheet
Create a small crater in the egg white mounds
Bake for 3 minutes
Remove from oven and carefully drop yolk into the crater
Bake for another 3 minutes
Enjoy with your favorite breakfast sides
