These bite-sized banana oat muffins are the perfect meal prep meal. Use this recipe for a quick morning breakfast, a mid-day snack, or a delicious dessert.

Tips & Tricks:
Ripe bananas work best as they provide more of a banana flavor and have a high sugar content to act as a natural sweetener.
If your batter is too dense you can add more milk. The density will depend on the type of flour being used. When adding more milk add 1 tbsp at a time until you get the consistency you desire.
We used quick oats for this recipe but rolled (old fashion) oats will also work, and in most cases baking with rolled oats is preferred.

We prefer to use Greek yogurt in this recipe. Other yogurts will also work in this recipe.
Store muffins in the fridge for up to 5 days, if they even make it that long!
