1 ¼ cup of Acai Juice
1 ¼ cup of Apple Juice
4 ounces of Blueberries
6 Strawberries, chopped
1 scoop of whey protein powder (It can be plain or any flavor to add to the smoothie and does not have to be whey! The macros below are based on a whey protein.)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Best enjoyed cold, so blend with ice if available!
